Neighborhood Vaccines Start Today

Today Detroit health clinics are coming to you. The Detroit Health Department is looking to bring the COVID-19 vaccine to local neighborhoods within the city. This convenient option is absolutely free! This option is great for people that are not able to make it into the TCF Center they want to bring that same care to an area near you. Vaccine Details
All of the sites listed below will be providing Phizfer or the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. The site location will provide observation and schedule your second appointment all within the sites.

Call the number (313) 230-0505 to sign up in advance for the vaccine, you must be a Detroit resident of the age 16 or older or work at a jobsite within the city to be eligible for the vaccine. Have your information ready, and be ready to select a site lactation that’s listed above. The sites will go all this week, stocked with Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, they hope to vaccinate Detroiters within the community. This couldn’t come at a better time with COVID rates beginning to peak again. Detroit Chief Public Health Officer Denise Fair is extremely excited about the launch of this campaign and spoke about the campaign.
“Beyond the great work being done at the TCF Center over the past few months, our Health Department teams have visited 175 community locations and administered more than 45,000 doses. Today we are stepping up our neighborhood based vaccination efforts even further,”
“We are deeply appreciative to our partners at the Detroit Public Schools Community District and Islamic Center of Detroit for providing us these locations where residents of Detroit can go to get vaccinated in their own neighborhood.”
