New Edition and Lauryn Hill to Headline 18th Jazz in the Gardens Festival in Miami
The popular Jazz in the Gardens festival is coming back to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, March 8-9, 2025. Music superstars Ms. Lauryn Hill and New Edition will headline this amazing event.
“We started Jazz in the Gardens as a concert in the parking lot and in dirt fields out here in Miami Gardens. Now it has grown into not just a music festival, but it’s an experience,” said Mayor Rodney Harris to Moguldom Nation.
Saturday’s lineup features five-time Grammy winner Hill, bringing her Diaspora Calling set with Wyclef Jean and YG Marley. Legendary group New Edition wraps up Sunday’s shows with their classic hits.
The two-day event, put together by the Black Promoters Collective, packs an incredible lineup of talent. Music favorites Toni Braxton, DJ Cassidy, Beenie Man, Xscape, and Coco Jones will rock the stage with amazing performances.
This music festival brings more than just great shows. Fans can join poetry contests, kick things off at the opening party, or connect at the Women’s Impact Luncheon. Previous years have brought big names like Mary J. Blige, Erykah Badu, John Legend, and Robin Thicke.
The host city, Miami Gardens, has really turned things around. Crime has dropped 40 percent in recent years, while its close community of working and middle-class residents keeps growing stronger.
From its small beginnings in 2006, this festival has grown into a must-see music event. Each year brings together both big-name artists and rising stars, making for an incredible music experience.
