Whitney Houston’s Hologram Tour Starts Next Week…. Would You Pay to See It?
The world was shaken up 8 years ago when Whitney Houston tragically passed away. Since then, the world has certainly missed all of her music, and her voice.
A recent practice when it comes to fallen performers is to have a hologram version of them “perform” on stage for audiences. This technology first became known when videos of a 2Pac hologram performing on stage blew up on the internet a few years ago.
Now, Whitney Houston is getting a hologram version of herself, and that hologram is going to start touring. The tour will start in England February 25, 2020 and end on April 3, 2020.
The tour will feature the Whitney Houston Hologram with dancers and a live band. 27 shows are scheduled in Europe for the tour. The show features Whitney biggest music hits and, if it is successful, it is expected to eventually tour the U.S.
It is also important to note that the family of Whitney Houston approves of this tour, and believes that Whitney would want her music to be presented in this manner.
What do you think about this show? Would you spend your own money to attend a hologram concert for Whitney Houston, or for anyone?
