T.I. & Tiny Sued For Sexual Assault By Woman For 2005 Incident
T.I. and Tiny Harris are being sued by a woman who is accusing them of drugging her and then taking her to their hotel room to engage in sexual acts with the couple, per legal documents obtained by TMZ. The woman was introduced to T.I. (Clifford Joseph Harris Jr.) and Tiny (Tameka Cottle-Harris) by their alleged associate named “Caviar.” The woman who is listed as “Jane Doe” in the lawsuit says she met Caviar at a party held by Coolio in 2005. Caviar then invited her to another club the following night. She claims that’s where she met the couple in a V.I.P. section.
According to the suit, the woman claims she ordered two alcoholic drinks, and then Tiny allegedly handed her another. She says that she never saw Tiny take a sip of the drink she gave her. The woman also stated she shared the drink with a friend.
Upon leaving the club, she got into an SUV with Tiny, T.I., and two other women. Tiny allegedly kicked out the unnamed women from the car for flirting with T.I. According to the suit, when they got back to the hotel, Tiny undressed herself and Jane Doe in the bathroom and then T.I. met them in the shower naked.
The woman said she started “to feel lightheaded and extremely dizzy.” She was told to lie down on the bed by T.I. That’s when she experienced another alleged sexual assault that occurred by the couple.
She is suing the couple for sexual battery, assault, negligence, and false imprisonment.
T.I. & Tiny Respond To Lawsuit
Shortly after TMZ‘s report, T.I. and Tiny sent in a statement to the publication.
“On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head,” the couple wrote in a statement per TMZ. “This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations. For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again. Our position is clear… We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.”
