Japan Is Asking Theme Park Visitors to Avoid Screaming on Roller Coasters
Due to COVID-19 Japan is asking theme park visitors to avoid screaming on roller coasters.
Imagine getting on a roller coaster and NOT screaming. That’s what 30 theme parks operators in Japan are proposing.
They want to ban screaming, shouting or cheering in the parks once the parks reopen. Included in the 30 theme parks are Tokyo Disneyland, Disney Sea and Universal Studios Japan. The idea behind the proposal is that screaming can produce droplets from people’s mouths that can contribute to germs being spread.
