LOS ANGELES, CA - SEPTEMBER 25: Stevie Wonder performs onstage at Q85: A Musical Celebration for Quincy Jones at the Microsoft Theatre on September 25, 2018 in Los Angeles, California.
Yesterday (May 13), the legendary Stevie Wonder turned 70-years-old. Wonder celebrated his birthday by playing his hit song “Ribbon In The Sky,” among other songs on the piano for his family.
After playing a few of his songs, Stevie Wonder’s family then sang his song “Happy Birthday” to him. Wonder wrote “Happy Birthday” as part of the campaign to make Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday a national holiday; the song was released on Wonder’s 1980 album, Hotter Than July.
