MetroTimes did an article on some of the best Michigan Drag Queens you should know. I would guess some if not all of these Queens will be attending the Motor City Pride Festival this weekend.

She recently became a Michigander when she moved from Georgia to Grand Rapids in 2021. Hosts shows at Skelletones in Grand Rapids.

She's been in Michigan for over 20 years! Once the show director of Saginaw's Bambi's Bottom-Up.

Artemiss performs in Detroit, Ann Arbor and virtually.

Another Detroit/Ann Arbor performer. Latex, corsets and horror are the themes. 

Described as Detroit's Drag Princess with a million-dollar mug. She's originally from Flint and lives in Lansing. She performs all over Michigan including Hamburger Mary's in Ypsilanti.

After Michigan schools shut down during the pandemic, this former full-time teacher, went into full-time drag in 2020. Show director at Hamburger Mary's in Ypsilanti. 

With the glorious title of "Glittering Gem of the Great Lakes" how can you not follow her? Up and coming to all the Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti and all over Michigan.

Crowned Miss Amateur Gigi's for both 2019 and 2020. A regular performer at Gigi's in Detroit.

A relative newcomer to the scene, Luna Banx has performed at Hamburger Mary's and virtually for the Ann Arbor Pride. 

A member of the Michigan Boylesque Drag troupe and regularly performs at Ypsilanti's Hamburger Mary's.

Named Michigan Drag Queen of the Year in 2019 and Miss Woodward in 2013 and 2019. 

Once a guest on The Nick Cannon Show, Monique Madison has been performing as a fabulous diva for over 26 years.

First to represent Michigan on Ru Paul's Drag Race. She did not pass the test and was sent home on the first episode of season 14. However, that hasn't stopped her from performing regularly in and around Grand Rapids. 

The "Bald Headed Bitch of Detroit". Sabin is arguably one of the most recognized queens of Michigan. 

Spine has a wild and colorful feed. 

Another Grand Rapids native. Tequila is a show director at Rumor's Nightclub.

Hailing from Jackson, Michigan, Velma Violet is rock n' roll personified.
