October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an annual movement that spotlights a disease that affects more than 200,000 women a year. Early detection is not only the most important step, but when breast cancer is detected early, and is in the localized stage, the 5-year relative survival rate is 99%.

Here are few Breast Cancer charities/events in the Metro Detroit area and across the nation that can always use your support and donations!
