Eminem played a private concert for Rocket Mortgage staff at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit on Thursday, as shared by Vice. No tickets went on sale. The company made no announcements beforehand. This show was part of their yearly all-team meeting.

The rapper wore a gray hoodie, track pants, and white Nike sneakers while he performed on a round stage. DJ Steve Aoki showed up too. Eminem ripped through "Lose Yourself," "My Name Is," "The Real Slim Shady," "Stan," "Kill You," "Square Dance," and "3 a.m.," as per Vice. It was one hit after another.

This marked the first time the Detroit native took the stage at Little Caesars Arena since the venue opened back in 2017. His last public hometown concerts happened at Comerica Park in 2014, when he shared the stage with Rihanna during the Monster Tour.

Rocket Mortgage books big names for these team meetings. Lil Wayne performed at last year's event, as reported by Vice. Attendees posted clips on social media, and footage spread across platforms within hours after the show wrapped.

The 53-year-old artist performed with Jack White at the Detroit Lions Thanksgiving game against the Green Bay Packers in November 2025. He and his manager, Paul Rosenberg, will produce Lions halftime shows through 2027.

"It's an honor for us to team up with the Lions and be a part of the greatest tradition in Detroit sports," Rosenberg said, according to Vice. He added, "We look forward to putting together unforgettable shows featuring world-class artists for the fans at Ford Field and the tens of millions watching around the country."

The rapper dropped The Death of Slim Shady in 2024 but didn't tour behind it. His last big ticketed shows happened in the Middle East and Austin, Texas, in late 2024. He hasn't done a full tour since 2019.

Rosenberg and the artist have kept strong ties back home. The rapper showed his roots in 8 Mile, which beat out The Lord of the Rings at overseas box offices in 2003.
