Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing serious legal trouble in a case involving sex trafficking, racketeering, and kidnapping, after a grand jury indicted him according to official documents reported by TMZ. He’s been charged with three main offenses: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking through force or deception, and transporting people for prostitution. As we previously reported, he was arrested last night.

According to the indictment says the report, from 2008 to the present, members of the Combs enterprise allegedly engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.

The indictment claims that from 2008 to now, Combs and his associates were allegedly involved in a range of illegal activities, including sex trafficking, forced labor, transporting people for prostitution, coercion, drug offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstructing justice. The indictment also says that Combs' organization aimed to run a global business in media, entertainment, and lifestyle, while also maintaining Diddy’s power and meeting his personal desires, especially through exploiting women and using commercial sex workers.

Regarding drug charges, the indictment suggests that the drugs involved included cocaine, oxycodone, Xanax, GHB (a date rape drug), MDMA, and ketamine.

During raids at Diddy's homes in Beverly Hills and Miami, authorities reportedly seized various items, including drugs and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant. They also allegedly found firearms, including three AR-15 rifles with altered serial numbers and a drum magazine.

The indictment also includes accusations of violence against women, alleging that Combs assaulted them by hitting, punching, dragging, throwing objects at, and kicking them. It mentions a video of an incident from March 2016 at a Los Angeles hotel, which is linked to a previous incident involving Cassie.

Combs was arrested on Monday by federal agents based on a sealed indictment, as confirmed by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, according to Fox News.

Outside the courthouse on Tuesday morning, Combs’ lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, said, “His spirits are good. He's confident. He is dealing with this head on, the way he's dealt with every challenge in his life. And he's not guilty. He's innocent of these charges. He's going to plead not guilty, obviously. He's going to fight this with all of his energy and all of his might and the full confidence of his lawyers. And I expect a long battle with a good result for Mr. Combs.”

Agnifilo also stated, “I'm going to fight like hell to get him released, and he should be released. With all that he's done and coming here voluntarily.”
