Megan Thee Stallion is laughing off her beef with Nicki Minaj. The Houston native hopped on social media to warn Nicki: "Don’t make me call Roc Nation."

The warning is in reference to Nicki's previous doubts that Megan is an independent artist and that Roc Nation, who is her managing company, is backing her up to make "HISS" a success over her diss track "Big Foot."

"Between the YouTube bots and the Twitter ads and the paid for TikToks and the paid for tweets to the point where people got they little $250 for the tweet to say something bad about Nicki Minaj and the next day was like, 'Bitch yeah, I’m listening to 'Big Foot.' Why would [Roc Nation] want to prove everything I’ve been saying true?" she said on Twitter Spaces Wednesday (Jan. 31).

"This is a dialogue between me, the machine and a bunch of different machines having to come together constantly using different people. When one fails, let’s go somewhere else and try. It never works but that’s the point that I wanted the world to see and that it’s going to be sympathy again and it’s going to be nonsense again."

Nicki Minaj & Megan Thee Stallion Feud Reignited

The beef with Nicki and Megan began after the release of the Houston native's track "HISS" last Friday (Jan. 26).

"These hoes don’t be mad at Megan, these hoes mad at Megan’s Law/ I don’t really know what the problem is, but I guarantee y’all don’t want me to start," the Houston native raps.

"Megan's Law" is a federal law that requires registered sex offenders' information to be available to the public. Petty was sentenced to three years probation in July 2022 for failing to register in California as a sex offender. He and Minaj moved to California from New York, where he was initially registered. In 1995, Petty was convicted of the first-degree attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl. He spent four years in prison in New York.

With the release of "Big Foot," Nicki pokes more fun at Megan's 2020 injury and directly addresses her "Megan's Law" line.

"This lil' beggin' w---- talkin' 'bout Megan's law/ For a free beat, you could hit Megan raw (Ooh) If you a ghost writer, Pardi in Megan jaw (Ooh-ooh)/Shots thrown, but I still ain't let Megan score (Tell 'em)/Bad bitch, she like six foot (Ooh), I call her Big Foot (Brr-brr)/The bitch fell off, I said, "Get up on your good foot" (Ah, ah)," Nicki raps.

After a social media hiatus, Megan Thee Stallion is back. Megan dropped off social media after the sentencing of Tory Lanez (born Daystar Peterson). Lanez was found guilty of three charges: first-degree assault with a firearm, discharge of a firearm with gross negligence, and having a concealed firearm in a vehicle. He shot the rapper in the foot in 2020 after leaving a party at Kylie Jenner's home.

The rapper was sentenced to 10 years in prison after his bail motion was denied in September. Prosecutors initially asked for 13 years. Following his sentencing, Lanez wrote a note to his fan base, "The Umbrellas" on Instagram.

Tory's statement read: "In no way shape or form was I apologizing for the charges I’m being wrongfully convicted of," Tory wrote on Instagram. "I remain on the stance that I refuse to apologize for something that I did not do. I’ve faced adversity my whole life and every time it looked like I would lose, I came out on top. This is nothing but another moment where my back is against the wall and I refuse to stop fighting till I come out victorious. Tough times don’t last, tough people do. To my family, friends, and umbrellas thank you for your continued support. See you soon."

Megan didn't appear in court but she sent a statement in on her behalf.

"He not only shot me, he made a mockery of my trauma," Megan wrote, per Law&Crime reporter  Megan Cuniff. "He tried to position himself as a victim and set out to destroy my character and my soul.

"He lied to anyone that would listen and paid bloggers to disseminate false information about the case on social media. He released music videos and songs to damage my character and continue his crusade."

She continued: "At first, he tried to deny the shooting ever happened. Then, he attempted to place the blame on my former best friend. In his tantrum of lies, he’s blamed the system, blamed the press and, as of late, he’s using his childhood trauma to shield himself and avoid culpability."

"For once, the defendant must be forced to face the full consequences of his heinous actions and face justice," she concluded.
