Nicki Minaj Reveals Why Diddy Didn’t Want Her To Be Justin Combs’ Super Sweet 16 Date
Nicki Minaj is opening up about when she was Justin Combs’ date for his Super Sweet 16. She revealed that she was late to the party which was broadcasted on MTV at the time and believed that Diddy was upset with her for it.
“What was that like me being your Sweet Sixteen date?” Minaj asked Justin during a recent Instagram Live session. “I know I was mad late and I can’t remember much but I felt like, I just knew Puffy and Misa was so mad at me.” Justin Combs is Diddy’s son with his ex-, Misa Hylton.
“I could feel it and I was so mad at myself ’cause all of the dresses that I had been trying on that day, I hated every single one,” she said. “And I just felt horrible y’all, I felt really horrible. But I can’t believe to this day that I went with him for his Sweet Sixteen. He said it was a movie. And I remember he was trying to get cute in the limo, y’all. And I was like, ‘Who is you talking to boy?!'”
However, Nicki said she had a good time despite worrying about her tardiness.
“But yes, I had a great time, and he was so fun and funny,” Nicki Minaj said. “And very cute, too. I wonder who was his girlfriend at that time ’cause I know she probably was really mad. Why he ain’t take her for his Sweet Sixteen? That’s a memorable time.”

As for her relationship with Diddy, the two collabed together in 2010 on “Hello Good Morning (Remix)” and “All I Do Is Win (Remix),” which so happened to be the same year as Justin’s party. As of late, the two have only come up in the same situation since the Pink Friday creator dragged him into some beef with his girlfriend Yung Miami. Nicki accused her of stealing her catchphrase “Let’s get into something, chile!” on her Caresha Please! podcast.
“*Hits @Diddy to advise him that a young lady on a show that appears on his network seems to have ‘borrowed’ a very popular #QueenRadio catchphrase*.” Nicki *Hits @Diddy to advise him that a young lady on a show that appears on his network seems to have “borrowed” a very popular #QueenRadio catch phrase* Puff, who representing u these days chile?
