Police In Search Of Stolen UTV From Michigan Music Festival

The Michigan State Police have issued a plea for public cooperation after the recent discovery of a stolen utility vehicle. It was stolen from last month's Electric Forest music festival in West Michigan. The incident occurred at Double JJ Ranch in Rothbury between June 22 and 25. It involved the theft of a 2018 Polaris Ranger R17.

According to Troopers from the Hart post, the stolen vehicle might have already been sold off, making it harder to trace. Investigators suspect that the culprits may have attempted to conceal the vehicle's identity by selling it without proper documentation, possibly even altering its appearance by repainting it.

As of now, specific details regarding the location of the festival where the Ranger was taken from and the exact date of the theft have not been released by the authorities.

To aid the investigation, the Michigan State Police shared a stock image of a similar Ranger on Twitter yesterday. However, it is not the actual stolen vehicle. No specific description of a suspect has been provided yet. The police are urging anyone with information on the whereabouts of the stolen utility vehicle to come forward and contact the MSP Hart Post at 231-873-2171.
