YK Osiris Apologizes To Sukihana Amid Sexual Assault Allegations

YK Osiris has apologized to Sukihana following a viral video that accused the singer of sexual assault. In the video, the "Worth It" singer is seen forcibly kissing Suki at Crew League in Atlanta over the weekend. The singer grabbed her face and kissed her twice; she is visibly uncomfortable in the video.

Osiris took to Instagram to offer an apology Wednesday, writing, "I want to publicly offer my sincerest apology to Sukihana. In an attempt to be playful, I misread the moment and violated Sukihana's boundaries."

He continues, "I understand the importance of consent and I am embarrassed by my behavior. I take full responsibility and have made multiple attempts to apologize. I have the utmost admiration for Sukihana and it was never my intention to disrespect her."

Prior to Osiris' apology, Suki tweeted, "I drink to hide that I'm very sensitive. I feel things more then the average person. I stopped drinking yesterday but today I've been crying all day." She continued, "I asked God to strengthen me and use me to help others and to order my steps in his word. I just want to go away for awhile."

Meek Mill came to the defense of  Osiris. And his defense got some backlash from fans. In Suki's now-deleted tweet, "I am hurt and I am scared to stand up for myself," the Expensive Pain rapper replied to a social media post of the tweet pleading for Suki to "not do this to him"

"Don’t do this to him please he a good kid …. Just slap him and he gotta let you something," he wrote. "We don’t need our young bulls tore down for mistakes in this hyper sexual era…. I support suki … hold that s--- down on some street s---."

"Don’t do this to him? Sir he did this to himself," one user responded back to the rapper. "Now imagine if he had the audacity to do this on camera what is he capable off?"

"Every time it would be better for Meek Mill to just say nothing, he says something," another fan responded.

Sukihana has not yet responded to the apology, and her Twitter is currently deactivated.

"He smoked my a-- on that one, for one — barely," Smurk said when asked about his experience working with the Dreamville boss, per Complex. "That barely happens. But shout out to J. Cole, shout out to [Dr.] Luke, we made it happen."
