LOS ANGELES, CA - AUGUST 30: Vanguard Award winner Kanye West speaks onstage during the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards at Microsoft Theater on August 30, 2015 in Los Angeles, California.

Kanye West has a new idea to bring awareness to the homeless crisis occurring in Los Angeles: he is going to be staffing his next fashion show with homeless people.

Ye is set to work with streetwear brand Skid Row Fashion Week and design a fashion show and exclusive clothing collab in order to help the homeless population in LA.

David Sabastian, the founder of Skid Row Fashion Week, told TMZ that he met with the rapper earlier this month while he was recording Donda 2 at his studio in LA’s Arts District near Skid Row, and that’s when the idea came to fruition.

When it comes to monetary donations, Sabastastian says his company will “donate a portion of all sales to helping those living on Skid Row and the factory that makes the clothes employs the homeless. In addition, the Yeezy collab will use 100% of the proceeds to help the homeless on Skid Row.”
