Arnold says they split in 2016 after her husband was caught on tape having sex with another woman but now they are making their separation final per gossip site TMZ.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ that The Neighborhood star filed for divorce this week, citing the irreconcilable differences.
The Martin actress lists the separation date as January 12, 2016, which is about three and a half years after they wed in 2012.
