Here’s the Best Children’s Hospital in Michigan, According to a New Study

The University of Michigan's C.S. Mott Children's Hospital has been dubbed the best children's hospital in Michigan and one of the best in the U.S. by U.S. News & World Report.

Mott ranked No. 1 in Michigan and No. 3 in the Midwest.

"C.S. Mott Children's Hospital-Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is nationally ranked in 10 pediatric specialties," states the publication, adding that it's a "children's general facility and a "teaching hospital."

"This honor reflects the dedication of Mott physicians, researchers, nurses and staff who commit themselves to providing exceptional care to children with complex medical conditions," Luanne Thomas Ewald, FACHE, M.H.A., chief operating officer at Mott and Von Voigtlander Women’s Hospital, said in a statement.

Mott's 10 specialties include cancer, cardiology and heart surgery, diabetes and Endocrinology, gastroenterology and GI surgery, neonatology, nephrology, neurology & neurosurgery, orthopedics, pulmonology & lung surgery and
urology.
